Howard M. Gunter, Jr. was appointed by Governor Martinez to the Florida Real Estate Commission in 1990 where he served for four years and was Chairman in his final year on the Commission. Howard was elected President of the Greater Orlando Board of REALTORS in 1986 and was REALTOR of the year in 1986. During his 37 years as a REALTOR, Mr. Gunter earned a number of coveted designations including the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); Accredited Land Consultant (ALC; Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI); and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Management (CRB).

In addition, Mr. Gunter was a real estate school instructor for 25 years with Bert Rodgers Schools of Real Estate teaching over 25,000 students during that time. Howard is truly at the top of the field when it comes to real estate education.

David Collins is considered one of the most dynamic and knowledgeable speakers on the subject of real estate in Florida. He has been a real estate broker and real estate school instructor since 1980. In 1997, Florida Governor Lawton Chiles appointed Mr. Collins to the Florida Real Estate Commission Education and Research Foundation for which he served four years and was Chairman in his final year of service. He has taught well over 20,000 students in his career.

David has also practiced real estate since 1978 and brings hands-on experience that others can only imagine. He has worked in residential and commercial-investment sales as well as participated in the development of subdivisions, shipping centers and medical communities. Mr. Collins has the experience necessary to impart the vast amounts of real estate knowledge to others.
