This workshop is designed for both licensed and unlicensed persons who want to be properly prepared for a career as a personal assistant. It is Florida Specific and will carry a Certificate of Completion. There is NO state exam; therefore, the final practice exams do not apply.

Sales Associates Post-License - $95.00
45 Hour Post-License Course with Final Exam
The DBPR requires 45 hours of post-license education to be completed within the first license period of a Sales Associate License.

Florida requires every licensee take 14 hours of continuing education every two years. This internet-based course meets the legal requirements set forth by the DBPR and the Florida Real Estate Commission.
