This workshop is designed for both licensed and unlicensed persons who want to be properly prepared for a career as a personal assistant. It is Florida Specific and will carry a Certificate of Completion. There is NO state exam. Course includes corresponding textbook via PDF file.

Contract Management 15-hr Post License - $34.00
15-hour Post License education for SALES ASSOCIATES and BROKERS. This course provides a thorough study of all Florida real estate contracts. Topics covered include listing contracts, sale & purchase agreements, option contracts and negotiating contracts. It includes seven end-of-session quizzes and one practice final exam.

Agent's Role In Financing 15-hr Post License - $34.00
15 hour post license education approved for both SALES ASSOCIATES and BROKERS. This course will provide a better understanding of the mortgage maket and the underwriting process. Important topics include current financing, short sales, and working through the process to a closing. There are five end of chapter quizzes plus a 50 question practice final exam to prepare you for the end of course exam.

Managing a Real Estate Office 15-hr Post License - $34.00
15-hours Post License education for BROKERS. Topics include how to get started, office management, escrow management, and property management.

Continuing Education Course - 14-hour - $24.00
The State of Florida requires that all sales associates and broker take 14 hours of continuing eduction prior to expiration of license. This course is not required during the initial issue of a license since new license require post license education.
